Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Modefield Marketing is committed to making its website accessible and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
This accessibility statement applies to the Modefield Marketing website.
Our approach to accessibility
We aim to design, maintain and improve the Modefield website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind.
WCAG provides internationally recognised guidance for making websites and digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities and access needs.
We continue to consider accessibility as the website develops and when content, features or functionality are changed.
Accessibility measures
When designing and maintaining the website, we aim to:
-
use clear and logical page structures;
-
use headings in a meaningful order;
-
provide alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
-
maintain sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds;
-
use clear and readable text;
-
provide understandable labels and instructions for forms;
-
make links and buttons clear from their context;
-
support keyboard navigation where supported by the website and its functionality;
-
design pages to work across different screen sizes and devices;
-
avoid relying solely on colour to communicate important information;
-
provide clear focus and navigation wherever reasonably possible;
-
avoid unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content; and
-
consider accessibility when introducing new content or functionality.
Accessibility status
The Modefield website has not currently undergone a formal independent accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
We therefore do not claim that the website is fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Our aim is to work towards a high standard of accessibility and to identify and address accessibility issues where reasonably practicable.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of any specific accessibility issue that prevents general use of the website.
However, because a full independent WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit has not yet been completed, there may be accessibility issues that have not been identified.
Some elements may also depend on functionality provided by our website platform or other third-party services.
If you encounter an accessibility problem, please let us know so that we can investigate it.
Third-party content and services
The Modefield website is built using Wix Studio and may use functionality or services provided by Wix or other third parties.
We aim to configure and use these services with accessibility in mind. However, some aspects of third-party technology may be outside Modefield’s direct control.
Where we become aware of a significant accessibility problem involving third-party functionality, we will consider reasonable steps available to us to reduce or address the issue.
Alternative access
If you are unable to access information on the website because of an accessibility issue, you can contact Modefield through the Contact page.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide the relevant information in an alternative accessible format or through another appropriate method.
Feedback and accessibility problems
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Modefield website.
If you:
-
find part of the website difficult to use;
-
cannot access certain information or functionality;
-
identify an accessibility problem; or
-
require information in a different format,
please contact us through the Contact page on this website.
Please include enough information for us to understand the issue, including the page or feature affected where possible.
We will review accessibility feedback and consider appropriate action.
Accessibility and ongoing development
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
When substantial changes are made to the website, we aim to consider their effect on accessibility and address significant issues that are identified.
We may also carry out additional accessibility testing or obtain specialist accessibility advice as Modefield develops.
